Description: Registered Cultivar: This plant was habitat collected by Luke and his father in the KwaDukuza area of South Africa in 2001. It is a truly amazing plant that produces spectacular blooms. The large umbel is between 350-400mm diameter and holds semi-spider orange flowers with a large white throat. Each flower is approx. 130mm diameter and the petals are twisted. Foliage is semi-broad 70-80mm wide. The plant selfs easily and when pollen is used on other Clivias the seed count is high. Luke's dad named it for Luke as it was a very special plant found when he was only ten years old. This plant received the "Best Amateur on Show" at the 2009 KZN Clivia Club Show. The breeding results from this plant will be watched with interest!!

It produces a full umbel of beautiful pastel apricot-peach flowers with a yellow throat. Flower count is approximately 27 per head. It is a good grower that offsets well.

Description: Registered Cultivar: This selection was made by Lyn Janisch in KZN. The plant was found in her garden amongst the orange Clivia miniata. It produces a full umbel of yellow flowers that have tints of pink. As the flowers open the pink becomes darker in sufficient light so that the umbel is a mixture of colours, hence the name. There is a small notch in the tip of many petals. It is a good grower that offsets well. Flower count is approx 20 flowers per umbel.

The plant produces large, 100mm (4 inch) dia flowers of a pastel orange which fades to a paler orange with age. Each large bloom is held in an excellent umbel. This plant, which was purchased from Hugh Bollinger, may be the only remaining plant of 5 seedlings grown from a cross of "Oz Cream" (?) using a blend of pollen - Belgian #1, Twins & [Clivia miniata yellow x Clivia 'Vico Yellow']. This is a large flowered C. miniata with bright salmon (D6 Cape Chart) flowers with a bright yellow (YG4) throat. The wide open bright flowers catch everyone's eye.

Description: Registered Cultivar: Mambo is a sibling clone of 'Tango' and 'Rumba', named by Bill's daughter Judith in keeping with the Latin American dance name theme. The yellow throat is deeper colour with less picotee markings than the other clones. The flowers are larger and the tepals are also thicker that the two other sibling clones. The single plant in the image may be the only surving piece and is yet to make offsets.

Description: This clone was collected at the foot of the Howick Falls in 1896 by Miss Grace Mare. It has strap-like leaves and trumpet shape yellow blooms. It is a strong grower and produces offsets freely. When Grace Mare had to leave Howick for health reasons, she gave her plants to her neice, Audrey Tanner, in 1956. They were grown at the Tanner house for ten years before being moved to the current address in Blackridge. The family is pleased to have their father's name carried on in this wild collected clone. also see 'Howick Yellow'

Description: Registered Cultivar: This is a multipetal selection bred and named by Michael Morri of Michigan, USA. Berry parent is a Nakamura orange multipetal and the pollen parent a yellow of unknown origin. Flower is a light apricot with a large cream-yellow throat. Tepals are obtuse shape and the flowers are consistently 10-12 tepals. Flower count averages 16 and they are lightly scented. Foliage is solid green, semi-broad (87mm average) and short (317mm average) with an acute broadleaf tip. The plant is named in honour of Michael's Aunt Greta. The plant is very fertile but offsets slowly.
