Description: a special variegated Cultivar Group developed by Hiroshi Mitsuhashi. The mutation was found in 1990 in a batch of Daruma X Belgian Hybrid seedlings. Cross banding can be seen on the leaf surface often as a welt or raised marking. It can be incorporated with other leaf characters by selective breeding.

Description: a dwarf selection obtained by Conway from the nursery trade in America. It is a small plant carrying the flowers above the foliage. 14 florets of mid orange, white throated flowers per umbel Flowers are tulip shaped and petal edges are incurved. It is self fertile. The plant is prone to fungal and bacterial problems and leaves frequently have dried brown blotches. This has not been noticed in the offspring.

Description: Registered Cultivar: This wild collected yellow form of Clivia caulescens is named by Andrew Hankey for Mr Tommie Steyn, a nature conservation official who received confiscated plants, destined for the medicinal trade, in the course of his duties. Mr Steyn grew the plants on and this one flowered yellow. Mr Steyn donated the plant to the Walter Sisulu National Botanic Gardens. The locality of this wild collected plant is unknown.

Description: Registered Cultivar: This selection was bred by Jeanne Marten using a Belgian Hybrid with a cup-shaped flower as the berry parent, pollinated with another Belgian Hybrid. It is an upright growing plant with the umbel held high above the foliage. Plant heigth is 600mm and the width is 700mm. Leaf length is 600mm and the width is 70mm. 23 cup-shaped flowers are held in a flowerhead 150mm wide. Flowers are a burnt orange (OR4) with a green throat. Each flower is 50mm diameter at the mouth and 70mm long. It is named after the wife of a Victorian Nurseryman.
